1. Minimum high school education, ideally university degree

1. Preparation and implementation of internal company projects in the field of IT

Job Summary: 

This position will manage New Product Introduction (NPI) projects by leading the development of unique value proposition-based offerings that differentiate GEO from competitors while demonstrating the ability to navigate regulatory and legal standards. 

Key Responsibilities: 

· Manage individual, complex, cross-regional innovation projects on operational level

· Create and align on project time schedule and financial plan 

· Own the product-level P&Ls to ensure sustainable and profitable growth.

· Anticipate obstacles, effectively elevate issues and strategize solutions to complex problems that may arise during development to ensure the project is delivered on time to specifications.

· Define GEO growth strategies in targeted verticals, develop operational plans, and drive strategy implementation across business units. 

· Provide cross-business and cross-divisional leadership in the areas of strategy formulation, macro economy tracking, industry/market analysis, competitor benchmarking, etc. 

· Identify growth opportunities in new industries, emerging technologies, business models, or services Facilitate the collaboration between GEO and startups, universities, institutes, and external partners to foster innovative idea generation and development.

· Work closely with local and global leaders to further enhance local capabilities of offering management, breakthrough ideation, and NPI GTM excellence

· Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to other members of the GEO commercial team

Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, chemistry, or a related field.

· Three years of business development experience and 2 years of tech-sales experience in a chemical company.

· Three years of innovation management experience

· Strong leadership qualities to spearhead cross-functional teams from concept to launch

· Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and thoughtfully prioritize tasks while maintaining uncompromising quality to drive results

· Proficiency using project management software to schedule and document project activities

· Ability to understand innovative technologies, companies and markets and the associated technological, market, legal and financial risks

· Experience in the analysis and valuation of financial and businesses models

· Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and interests

· Strong communication and presentation skills (Both verbal and written).

Preferred Qualifications

· 8-10 Years of experience with new product launches

· Battery Market knowledge and experience

· Familiarity with industry standards such as REACH and RoHS

1.Establishment of accounting reporting system: establishment and optimization of financial accounting reports, accounting and tax related systems and processes;

2.Accounting: monthly accounting document entry, reimbursement and expense review, cost accounting and analysis, and issuance of accounting statements according to local accounting standards;

3.Financial analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual internal management and analysis reports of the company (such as analyzing and issuing reports on statements, projects, purchases and costs), supervise the implementation of the budget, and propose rationalization;

4.Tax declaration and management: monthly tax declaration and payment, invoice issuance, tax analysis and statement issuance, tax bureau communication, etc.;

5.Project and asset management: completed asset accounting, inventory and analysis, analyzed the efficiency of asset use and the implementation of project budget;

6.Assist in completing internal and external audit of the company;

7.Complete other work arranged by superiors.

1.Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, financial management, statistics and other accounting related majors;

2.At least 5 years experience in financial analysis and accounting, experience in large chemical manufacturing companies is preferred;

3.Good communication skills in English and Czech, good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;

4.Have a wealth of financial and accounting knowledge, familiar with finance and taxation related laws and regulations and financial internal control system workflow, SAP system experience(SAP on-line experience is preferred);

5.With strong financial management, cost analysis, risk control ability;
