1. Assist the General Manager in implementing the company's development strategy and annual business plan, and follow up on the decomposition and execution of work objectives;

1、 Process sorting, establishment, and optimization

1) Based on responsibilities, organizational structure, business settings and changes, coordinate various departments to streamline, establish and optimize business processes, achieve matching of processes with resources and capabilities, and ensure effective process operation.

2) Coordinate cross departmental collaborative operations from a process perspective, be responsible for diagnosing business process issues, and lead the design of process improvement plans with the process leader; Participate in new business process design, drive process establishment and continuous improvement.

3) Inspect and analyze the execution effectiveness and efficiency of various processes, and promote improvement to enhance the company's process execution and operational efficiency.

2、 Process optimization project promotion

Responsible for the management and promotion of key process optimization projects, identifying problems and risks in project implementation, and implementing closed-loop management to ensure the orderly implementation of pain point process optimization and process change work.

3、 Process training/business empowerment

1) Introduce industry-leading methodologies and professional tools, and adapt and execute them within the group.

2) Responsible for introducing process management concepts, providing training on process management related knowledge, methods, and tools, and promoting the improvement of process management thinking and methods within the company.
