Job Summary: 

The Project Engineer will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects. This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that all technical aspects of projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and according to established timelines. Key Responsibilities: 

Technical Project Execution: 

Oversee the technical aspects of assigned projects, including design, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards. 

Provide hands-on support in solving technical issues as they arise on the construction site. 

Coordination with Project Manager: 

Work closely with the Project Manager to align technical project deliverables with the overall business objectives. 

Assist the Project Manager in translating client needs into actionable engineering tasks. 

Quality Control and Compliance: 

Ensure adherence to safety standards, engineering codes, and quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle. 

Conduct regular inspections and address any engineering-related deficiencies. 

Resource and Budget Management: 

Coordinate with technical teams to manage resources, ensuring efficient use of materials and workforce. 

Provide input on engineering-related budgeting, particularly concerning material costs and labor allocation. 

Collaboration and Communication: 

Act as a liaison between engineering teams, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate timely project delivery. 

Maintain consistent communication with the Project Manager, providing updates on technical progress and resource needs. 

Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. 

Proven experience in project engineering, particularly in chemical or energy-related industries. 

Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD) and project management tools. 

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and address technical issues promptly.

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing various engineering projects, ensuring they meet budget, schedule, and performance goals. This role requires a deep understanding of engineering principles and project management best practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing multi-disciplinary projects, particularly in greenfield chemical plants, and will demonstrate strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.  

Key Responsibilities: 

Project Coordination: 

Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects. 

Review engineering deliverables and initiate corrective actions when necessary. 

Quality Control and Compliance: 

Ensure adherence to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, and performance standards. 

Manage overall quality control of the work, including budgeting, scheduling, plans, and personnel performance, and report regularly on project status. 

Stakeholder Management: 

Act as the interface between all project stakeholders, including engineering institutes, construction vendors, equipment suppliers, and more. 

Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between all participants. 

Technical Support: 

Cooperate with and provide technical support to the project director and other project participants.  

Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field. 

Proven working experience as a Project Engineer/Manager, particularly in setting up new chemical plants. 

Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards in engineering. 

Ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and lead teams effectively. 

Strong decision-making ability, leadership skills, and the capacity to handle complex projects. 

Experience using design and visualization software such as AutoCAD.

Job Summary: 

The CRT Engineer will serve as the primary technical liaison for key customers, supporting them with product inquiries, technical troubleshooting, and overall product promotion. This role requires a strong technical background in electro-chemistry or related fields and expertise in the lithium-ion battery industry. The ideal candidate will collaborate with R&D, sales, and other teams to optimize product performance, manage customer relationships, and support new product development. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Customer Relationship Management: 

Act as the primary technical contact for key customers, promoting new products, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely and effective solutions. 

Proactively build connections across customer technology organizations to foster collaboration and drive product adoption. 

Technical Collaboration: 

Work with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, quality, and production, to resolve complex technical challenges and optimize product performance. Gather technical and market intelligence to support R&D in new product development.

General Account Management: 

Conduct customer visits, prepare call reports, manage sampling, negotiate terms, and ensure high-quality customer service. 

Technology and Market Insights: 

Stay informed on industry trends, market needs, and technological advancements to support strategic decision-making. 

Other Tasks: 

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, chemistry, or a related field.

· Three years of business development experience and 2 years of tech-sales experience in a chemical company.

· Three years of innovation management experience

· Strong leadership qualities to spearhead cross-functional teams from concept to launch

· Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and thoughtfully prioritize tasks while maintaining uncompromising quality to drive results

· Proficiency using project management software to schedule and document project activities

· Ability to understand innovative technologies, companies and markets and the associated technological, market, legal and financial risks

· Experience in the analysis and valuation of financial and businesses models

· Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and interests

· Strong communication and presentation skills (Both verbal and written).

Preferred Qualifications

· 8-10 Years of experience with new product launches

· Battery Market knowledge and experience

· Familiarity with industry standards such as REACH and RoHS

· Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin

· Entrepreneurial behavior, sense of initiative and problem-solving approach

· Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends

· Master's degree in chemistry, engineering vertical, or MBA

Performing preventive maintenance of mechanical systems

Collaborating with electricians to resolve both mechanical and electrical issues

Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults

Assisting in the installation and commissioning of new equipment

High  school diploma or technical certification in mechanics

3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Experience with mechanical systems (pumps, motors, hydraulic/pneumatic systems)

Ability to effectively collaborate with electricians during joint maintenance tasks

Perform electrical installations on designated equipment (mechanical assembly of distribution routes, cable distribution, and connection to individual components and into the electrical distribution cabinet, mechanical assembly of electrical components on hydraulic equipment, etc.)

Manufacture brackets, mount components, and label distribution and terminal cabinets according to provided electrical documentation

Conduct testing of proper cable connection

Operate machines and equipment necessary for production or support of electrical assembly

Carry out regular maintenance of machines and equipment in the designated area.

Education in the electrical field

At least 2 years of experience in electrical assembly on machines and equipment, or automation

Professional qualification in electrical engineering according to Government Regulation No. 194/2022 Coll. §6

Knowledge and ability to read electrical documentation and diagrams

Basic knowledge of engineering technology, hydraulic components, and systems

Crane operator certification – an advantage

Handle reporting tasks

Manage personnel effectively

Ensure production meets KPIs; collaborate with other stakeholders

Identify efficiency issues and suggest improvements

Resolve technical problems

Enforce strict safety guidelines and standards

Coordinate training to ensure safety, legal compliance

Proven experience as a production supervisor or in a leadership role
