    • Your Role :

      1. Take charge of project initiation, selection, and implementation management for SAP and office system projects.

      2. Sort out requirements, mine business requirements, and propose optimization suggestions.

      3. Promote ERP and office system projects, including blueprint planning and scheme design.

      4. Oversee the implementation of SAP and office system systems, effectively controlling project scope, plan, progress, quality, cost, and personnel.

      5. Propose business process optimization suggestions from the perspective of IT systems and encourage business departments to optimize their processes.

      6. Optimize, promote, and manage the operation and maintenance of SAP and office system systems after their launch.

      7. Fulfill other tasks assigned by direct managers.


    • Preferred Qualifications/Experience :

      1. Minimum of 5 years of SAP project management experience, with at least 2 full-process project implementation experiences. Capable of leading the implementation of a group-oriented SAP system.

      2. Familiarity with the group's business management model, experience in large-scale manufacturing projects, and a preference for overseas project launch experience.

      3. Proficient in the product functions, system configuration, and implementation methodology of SAP systems and mainstream office systems. Experience in implementing group SAP and office system projects is preferred.

      4. Rich experience in project management, excellent business understanding skills, and strong business abstraction and modeling abilities.

      5. Strong logical thinking, excellent communication and expression skills, adept at problem analysis and problem-solving. Possesses outstanding project promotion and execution abilities.

      6. Involvement in multiple overseas companies online, with good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Able to adapt to work and business trips both domestically and internationally.

    • Your Role :

      1. Lead or assist the General Manager and superiors in supervising and urging all departments of the group to achieve their goals. Track the completion of the company's business goals and plans at each stage, including core projects, work plans, and arrangements for execution by each department.

      2. Lead or assist in organizing, establishing, and optimizing processes based on business development needs and process evaluation.
